A still life is a painting, drawing, or (in our case) a photograph of an arrangement of objects.

I like this photo because it is taken from a different point of view than you would expect a still life to be taken from: underwater.  I love the amount of fine detail that was captured with the air bubbles and the shallow depth of field. I am doing art/painting for my final project.  My still life will probably involve splattered paint/ paint bottles and brushes. It sounds pretty unexciting but I can arrange the paints and adjust the lighting so it looks good.
